The doctors and staff at Schaefferstown Family Practice are working hard to keep you, the patient, safe during this time. In order to comply with CDC Guidelines, Schaefferstown Family Practice has changed its patient flow processes to minimize the number of patients in our office at any given time and to help maintain social distancing during your visit.
 
You will notice the following measures being taken, to help keep you safe:

1. You will be asked to call our office once you arrive in our parking lot. You will be asked to stay in your car, until a staff member calls you back to advise you to come into our office.
2. Please follow guidelines and wear a mask upon entering our office and for the duration of your visit.
3. Upon checking in at our front desk, our clinical staff will promptly take you to a patient room.
4. Your physician will conduct your visit in the room, as our office is custom to doing.
5. Once your visit concludes, a member from our team will issue you any necessary paperwork and will schedule any follow-up visits or testing.
6. At the conclusion of your visit, you will be escorted through a separate exit than you are accustomed to, to secure social distancing from other patients entering the office.
